TUNA & WHITE BEAN SALAD #vegetarian #mealprep

TUNA & WHITE BEAN SALAD #vegetarian #mealprep

From time to time I get a truly solid wanting for canned fish, however there are two issues with that: 1) canned fish has gotten very costly and 2) All that mayo can be quite risky. Along these lines, I thought of this simple little Tuna and White Bean Salad to take care of both of those issues.

White beans (naval force or extraordinary northern) are truly impartial in flavor and the surface goes very well with fish, so they're an extremely incredible approach to mass out fish plate of mixed greens for shabby. Rather than utilizing mayo to keep the serving of mixed greens soggy and delightful, I made a light and brilliant blend of lemon juice and olive oil. Green onions, naturally broken pepper, and somewhat salt are all you have to make the flavors pop. This serving of mixed greens is basic, delightful, filling, and can be eaten on wafers, in a pita, or out and out with a fork. It's an incredible method to pack in that protein!

Goodness, in the event that you happen to have lemon pepper flavoring close by, you can sprinkle that into the serving of mixed greens for some additional pop or instead of the lemon juice and newly split pepper. It will give a similar extraordinary flavor with one little shake of the jug!
