Searching for a snappy, scrumptious breakfast to go through your late spring peaches? Attempt this rich, peach-strawberry smoothie! It's paleo, veggie lover, and very simple!

I've authoritatively finished my first seven day stretch of educating, and it is considerably crazier than I suspected it would be! Lamentably, blog entries will be less continuous as I make sense of how to adjust work, the blog, and life. I've been getting up at 5 AM to get the opportunity to class on schedule, and getting up that early certainly warrants a generous breakfast!

I for the most part have a hard-bubbled egg or two and either a smoothie or chia pudding. Peaches have been marked down at Kroger for the most recent month or two, and they've been delightful! This peach-strawberry smoothie was magnificent — so I'm eager to impart the formula to all of you!

  • 4 peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 cup of water


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
